The Baroness and the Pig

In Paris, at the end of the 19th century, a baroness sits down to tea with a pig. A privileged woman who lives only through photographs of her experiences attempts in fact to replace her maid with a wild child who has never even seen her own reflection. What follows is a hilarious and shocking melee, in which both characters capture where one ends and the other begins. What are the fine lines that frame our civilized natures? For over a decade, translations of The Baroness and the Pig have been produced around the world. Imago Theatre is delighted to present this English world premiere.
