Nombreux Seront Nos Ennemis is an ode to life and death, a greeting and a farewell to loved ones, to the landscapes of a country… It is a work of 27 poems and intimate writings… It is the transformation of thousands of words into living tableaux… It is the love-sickness of young and divine bodies… It is the excess of the games of day and night… It is a children’s celebration for the elderly… It is the dream of the elderly to become children again… It is the graceful and dirty language of a generation caught between its fire to live and its disenchanted lethargy… It is solitude dissolving in tobacco smoke, in the flow of alcohol like an overdose in the bloodstream… It is the story of a life taken at the risk of promises… It is the irony of fate…
