Morphoses

Public performances are cancelled.     Following the renewed closure of public venues by the government, we unfortunately have to cancel public performances.   Morphoses' team will be in residency at La Chapelle March 15, 16 and 19, 2021. First we are faced with an ordinary situation: a manicure, an exchange of service, nothing more. Then, this reality cracks, deforms, twists: it anamorphoses and thus reveals the unexpected. Bodies, the universe, time are jostled, they belong to a whole different plane, the time of a representation. Behind the veil of illusions perhaps hides a reality that is both sublime and terrifying with endless possibilities.
