Contes d’hiver

Combining theater and music, Contes d’hiver brings together three child performers from Le Plateau elementary school, a professional actor, and a harpist. Author Marianne Dansereau wrote the original script. Set during the winter holidays, when the usual course of time is suspended, the show is presented as a series of three stories, performed by the same cast in the same changing setting. Continuing in the vein of Contes pour tous, the show plays freely with the codes associated with holiday stories, infusing them with a dimension of magical realism. For ages 9 to 99.
