LE CHANT DU SINGE – HAPPENING POSTPOSTPOST

La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines et le Festival Phénomena s’associent pour offrir une carte blanche au perturbateur public Peter James, dans un cabaret contemporain qui saura déstabiliser. En ouverture, Peter nous offre une première partie déjantée, accompagné de ses proches collaborateurs Francis Rossignol (conception sonore en direct) et Karine Gauthier (conception d'éclairages en direct). Pour le deuxième segment de ce happening, Peter James laissera la place à différents artistes qu’il affectionne, pour compléter ces quatre soirées uniques de performances: Émile Pineault (cirque), Lara Oundjian (danse, performance, vidéo) et Thomas Saulgrain (interdisciplinaire, cirque). It is that narrow passage from representation to less deliberate acting, with space for improvisation and spontaneity that live art treads along with terms happening and performance.
